'Poetry Den' is a performative work in which a different way of reading poetry is explored. Visitors are invited, one at a time, to enter the den which consists a small space with two chairs, a table and a candle. In this intimate setting love poetry is read to the audience while softly touching them with their consent.

In this way a different situation of experiencing poetry is created. Especially after COVID-19 there is a need of getting used again to physical contact and searching for what that means in our life and how it influences our perception of living.
​
In combination with the layer of love poetry the question of what and how we perceive as intimate is emerging.
